We know that choosing the right style, the right color scheme, the perfect location for embroidery can be a bit confusing. We're here to help! Creating an embroidery file, showing off some samples, and mending your order to perfection is the name of our game. We'll go through the process of creating your custom embroidery from start to finish.
Let's start with what we know, Taste. Let your taste be the guide for selecting a product. Sometimes it can be as simple as that, "Do I like the way this looks". There are plenty of options out there. So take your time to browse around and come up with a couple of comparable options.
Shopping with direction. An important step to choosing your items is knowing what they will be used for. For example, if you're looking to embroider shirts for your tile company, you're probably going to be looking for a durable breathable material that will not only have your employees loving the way they look but enjoying wearing company clothing.
Searching for a style? Hats have hundreds of options to choose from, 5-panel, 7-panel, Snapback, Dad Hat, Trucker Hat, Beanies, Visors. If you like a certain style stick to that category and narrow it down to a couple of options.
Ask your artist. Sometimes the most useful advice can come from the person creating your artwork. We don't always know best, but we can absolutely point you in the right direction.
Friendly, and Still Cool. Sometimes simple is better. The more intricate the design, the harder it is the embroider. You can still do some pretty amazing things with an embroidery machine, but not all images will work. If you are torn between simple and safe, or intricate and illegible, it is always better to play it on the safe side. Not to worry, we will always show you the proof before we run your product.
We all have a Type. There are two types of embroidery, Flat and 3D puff. You'll need to decide what you would like to do.
Flat Embroidery is when the thread last flat on the hat.
3D Puff Embroidery is when the thread is raised away from the Garmet. This can cost extra if you are thinking about going this route.
Partial 3D Puff is when only parts of the image is raised, and other parts are recessed.
Knowing which to use? 3D Puff Embroidery is not very popular on clothing, mostly hats. But it can only be used in simple bold logos.
What side are you on? You can choose what type of alignment you want on your hat or garment. For a really polished look, you can center your logo on the side panel of a hat. Not just in the center. Prices will not vary based on the side that you choose, but they will be based on the height and width. The big the logo, the more stitches you have, the more expensive the piece will be.
Complimenting Pieces. Choose a size, style and alignment that can really compliment your garment. Don't be afraid to do something bold! After all, when it comes to you, your brand, your company, you want to stand out.
Always Remember, We're by your side. Feel free to contacting us at any time if you have questions. One of our specialist would be happy to help you!
